Even though Food Lion just released its new Seafood Sustainability Campaign, it has been practicing sustainable seafood sourcing for much longer. Not to mention, Food Lion’s policy covers the widest range of products among all major U.S. grocery companies. This accomplishment is definitely one to share, and Theory House was excited to be selected by Food Lion to design all the in-store shopper communications for the initiative.
As part of this exciting campaign, Food Lion is giving away free groceries for a year through their Facebook page to continue giving back to their shoppers. In the spirit of giving back, Food Lion is also donating 9,000 sustainable seafood products to 9 local food banks along the East Coast.
